Based in Austin, Texas, Dr. Jennifer Lynne Bath is a visionary life science executive with more than 25 years of leadership experience in biotechnology and drug discovery. Highly versed in antibody discovery, capital markets, and corporate governance, she has raised more than $200 million in capital and facilitated several mergers and acquisitions in the biotechnology space. Dr. Jennifer Bath serves as president and CEO of ImmunoPrecise Antibodies, a position she has held since 2018.
Beyond leading ImmunoPrecise, Dr. Jennifer Lynne Bath is chairman of the board for BioStrand BV and non-executive director for World Shoe Fund. She has served in both roles since 2021 and, with BioStrand, advises leadership on commercial strategy and AI platform expansion. She previously served as director of client relations for Aldevron, leading sales and business development efforts for teams specializing in mRNA, plasmid, and protein offerings.
Before joining Aldevron, Dr. Bath spent six years as managing director of the Concordia College Global Vaccine Institute in Minnesota. She founded the institute while working as an associate professor at Concordia and oversaw a range of vaccine research and education initiatives. Complementing her experience, she holds a PhD in cellular and molecular biology from the University of Kansas and a bachelor of arts in biology, with an emphasis in human genetics, from Concordia College.
